Role at a glance

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join Deligo's Operations experts, primarily working night shifts to support our US customers. As a member of the team, you will provide expert assistance to our customers during evening and overnight hours, ensuring seamless operation and satisfaction with our product.

How you'll make a difference

  • Provide customer support via different interfaces like live chat and email
  • Lead and deliver new location's deployments
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalate is required
  • Assist customer with setup and configuration
  • Document and track customer interactions and solutions
  • Execute scheduled (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) reporting activities
  • Improve our AI success results through data analysis and enhancement
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven experience in IT, customer or sales support roles
  • Strong English language skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly, as we cover 8:00–2:00 in shifts (8:00–16:00 / 10:00–18:00 / 18:00–02:00), with this role primarily supporting the night shift (18:00–02:00), including additional compensation for night work and benefits
  • Technical savviness to tackle tricky issues
  • Willingness to travel (around 20% of the time to our clients, mainly across EU and UK)
  • This is a mostly office-based position, with your core working hours spent in our Budapest HQ
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
