We are looking for both mid-level and senior colleagues. For the mid-level position, 2–5 years of experience in web application development is required, while for the senior position, 5+ years of experience is expected.

Tasks:

Leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications as a full-stack expert.

Developing and designing internal digital solutions that facilitate automation.

Mentoring mid-level and junior developers, conducting code reviews, and defining development standards.

Making architectural decisions across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (React, Angular, or similar) development, balancing performance, sustainability, and user experience.

Ensuring smooth deployment and operation in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

Driving initiatives for the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools – from code assistants to advanced automation frameworks – to enhance productivity and foster innovation.

Requirements

A developer skilled in both backend and frontend, with a primary focus on backend development (Java) (backend-heavy). On the frontend side, knowledge of Angular, , or React is required (one of them is sufficient).

Bachelor's or Master's degree.

At least 2–5 years of development experience.

Technical expertise: Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot framework, React/Angular.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Programming Mathematics, OR equivalent work experience.

Understanding of SQL and SQL extensions (e.g., PL/SQL or T-SQL); experience with NoSQL and NewSQL (e.g., MongoDB) is an advantage.

Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.

Openness to mentoring.

Intermediate English proficiency; German is an advantage.
