Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy and development. In addition to core product management responsibilities, this role requires leveraging AI tools and methodologies to accelerate product development velocity, quality, and innovation.

Core Product Management Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development lifecycle
• Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Analyze product performance and user metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Present product updates and strategic recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications - Core Product Management

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology companies
• Background in software engineering or technical product development
• Analytical skills with experience in data-driven product decisions
• Excellent user research and customer development capabilities
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern product management frameworks
• Proficiency in product analytics tools and A/B testing platforms
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate user needs into product requirements
• Previous experience in high-growth or scaling technology environments

AI-Enhanced Product Skills

• Leverage AI tools for market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification
• Use AI-powered analytics to inform product roadmap decisions and prioritization
• Utilize predictive modeling tools to forecast product performance and user adoption

• Use AI for rapid prototyping, wireframing, and design iteration
• Leverage AI for documentation generation and requirement gathering
• Utilize AI project management tools for resource optimization and timeline prediction

• Implement AI-powered dashboards for real-time product performance monitoring

AI Tool Proficiency

• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered development tools (Windsurf/Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Proficiency in AI analytics and business intelligence platforms
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, Gamma, etc.) and prototyping
• Understanding of prompt engineering and effective AI tool utilization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI tools across entire product development organizations
• Track record of significantly improving development velocity through tool adoption
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and integration strategies
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI implementation
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams using AI collaboration tools
