The Position
The Pharma Development Regulatory (PDR) and Pharma Technical Regulatory (PTR) organizations are responsible for developing and maintaining permits/licenses for Roche's therapies, allowing them to be marketed globally. With around 1200 staff in key offices across six countries and representation in over 120 countries, the organizations manage a critical submission process within the Pharma value chain. Emphasizing reduced submission time and cost while maintaining high standards, the implementation of Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) optimizes processes, data, and technology, enabling collaboration across PDR, PTR, and Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) affiliates.
As a RIM Regulatory Specialist, you will play a key part in supporting the implementation of Veeva RIM technology across our affiliates worldwide.
The opportunity:
- Monitoring and improving Regulatory Information Management (RIM) data quality across Roche's global systems.
- Providing user-friendly support through the ServiceNow platform for system issues, troubleshooting, and knowledge-based inquiries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, processes, and data reporting.
- Promoting best practices in data stewardship and guiding users on responsible data management.
- Analyzing data and ticket trends to identify and drive improvement opportunities.
- Supporting the creation and delivery of guidance materials and training for diverse stakeholders.
- Partnering with teams worldwide to align on strategic and operational goals.
- Participating in continuous system and process enhancements.
Who you are:
You're a motivated professional with a passion for technology and process improvement. Furthermore, you bring:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally working with Veeva RIM or equivalent systems
- Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
- Effective communication abilities that simplify complex topics and promote knowledge sharing
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively across functions, time zones, and cultures in a virtual environment.
