A COO területen lévő Digital Governance and Control területre keresünk Bank oldali teszt managert, aki
a fejlesztések bank oldai tesztelését manageli.

Milyen feladataid lesznek?

  • Tesztelési stratégia és terv kialakítása
    , valamint ezek követése a projekt során.
  • Tesztelési folyamatok koordinálása
    : tesztesetek írása, kiosztása, végrehajtásának irányítása és nyomon követése.
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing) támogatása: belépési/kilépési feltételek ellenőrzése, tesztcsapat betanítása, tesztelés során felmerülő problémák kezelése.
  • Tesztelési erőforrás meghatározása, tesztcsapat összeállítása.
  • Kapcsolattartás és együttműködés
    a banki üzleti területekkel, projektvezetőkkel, fejlesztőkkel és külső szolgáltatókkal.
  • Tesztelési
    riportok készítése
    : rendszeres és ad-hoc jelentések a tesztelés állapotáról, hibák koordinálása, minőségbiztosítás.
  • Kockázatok és problémák kezelése: felismerés, eszkalálás, megoldási javaslatok kidolgozása.
  • Projektmenedzsment támogatása
    : ütemezés követése, dokumentációk frissítése, minőségbiztosítási feladatok ellátása.

Amit várunk Tőled:

  • Legalább 3-5 év tapasztalat IT vagy banki projektek tesztelésében, UAT koordinálásában
  • Felsőfokú végzettség (informatikai, gazdasági vagy műszaki területen)
  • Angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
    (bankcsoporti kommunikációhoz)
  • Tesztelési módszertanok ismerete
    (pl. UAT, funkcionális tesztelés)
  • MS Office és tesztelést támogató eszközök (pl. JIRA, Confluence) magabiztos használata
  • Jó kommunikációs és koordinációs készség, stakeholder management
  • Precizitás, rendszerszemlélet, problémamegoldó képesség
