We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, omnichannel-minded CRM Manager to lead the customer lifecycle across the CE region (HU/CZ/SK). You will work at the intersection of Retail, E-commerce, Loyalty, Global CRM and local agencies — shaping a seamless customer journey and driving measurable business growth.
What You Will Do
Lead CRM Strategy
- Build the annual regional CRM strategy based on global frameworks, tailored to local market needs.
- Present strategic recommendations and results to senior leadership.
Own the Customer Journey (Omnichannel)
- Monitor and optimise the journey across stores, e-commerce, and loyalty.
- Identify gaps in acquisition, activation, loyalty and retention, and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
Manage CRM Communications & Channels
- Plan and optimise the CRM channel mix (email, SMS etc), ensuring budget efficiency.
- Localise global templates and personalise communications based on insights.
- Maintain the balance between supplier-funded and brand-driven campaigns.
Drive Data-Based Decisions
- Analyse performance, customer behaviour and lifecycle KPIs.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable improvements.
Lead & Collaborate
- Mentor one direct report and oversee regional CRM operations across markets.
- Align with Global CRM, local teams and external agencies for smooth execution.
What You Bring
- min 3 years CRM / lifecycle marketing experience (regional experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of omnichannel journeys (retail + e-commerce).
- Experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Emarsys, Adobe, Bloomreach).
- Analytical mindset, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (Czech and/or Slovak is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members
