Digital Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
This role focuses on strategically managing our brands' digital presence on key platforms. It involves creating impactful and creative campaigns that are driven by KPIs. The focus is on conversion, brand growth, and building a digital strategy that helps increase sales.
You'll work closely with the brand managers on strategic planning and insights, while taking full ownership of digital platforms and efficiency across all social channels. By combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, you'll drive measurable results that boost brand awareness and accelerate online sales
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create yearly digital marketing strategy on our brand portfolio and make sure they fit into overall brand strategy and optimal for corresponding target groups.
- Lead the digital strategy across owned, paid and partners' channels.
- Manage and optimize campaigns mainly across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Display and Nego.
- Drive customer acquisition and traffic through performance marketing strategies and paid/organic channels.
- Implement growth marketing tactics to expand reach and engagement.
- Improve product pages, checkout flows, and UX/UI in collaboration with internal/external teams to enchance conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign performance and key KPIs to refine performance efficiency, evaluate/create reports and refine digital approach based on KPI's.
- Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, performance marketing tactics, and digital advertising innovations.
- Work in close collaboration with social media agencies and media buying agencies.
EXPERIENCE/SKILL
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications or Marketing.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Experience in social media strategy development and execution.
- Strong expertise in digital strategy, platform management, and paid media.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strong analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach and ability to translate insights into sales.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for growth marketing and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and curious, always looking for new tactics to improve online sales and brand awareness
