The Role
As a
French-speaking Customer Service Representative
, you will represent the world's leading retailer of Christmas-themed holiday decorations. You'll assist customers via phone, email, and chat, solving problems and creating smooth, positive experiences.
Project duration:
10th of November 2025 – 31st of January 2026
Seasonal demand peaks before and during the holiday season — your role will help bring the magic to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat professionally and empathetically
- Guide customers with product and service info and offer soft upselling of holiday items
- Resolve concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction
- Process orders, update records, and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Accurately log all interactions in our internal systems
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay informed on internal policies
What You Bring
- Fluent French (C1)
and
conversational English (B2) - Strong communication skills — you're clear, kind, and solution-oriented
- Problem-solver — confident handling inquiries and thinking on your feet
- Detail-oriented and organized — you manage multiple tasks efficiently
- For non-Hungarian citizens: valid
