As the leader of the Certara Cloud Support team, you play a role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will oversee the development of support and hotfix release for our Certara Admin and Integral enterprise products. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment, collaborating with Product Development, DevOps, Helpdesk and Customer Success Teams in triaging issues is indispensable. 

Your expertise in software development and commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant solutions for our customers will guide your day to day. You will work with a variety of technologies and frameworks to complete tasks in an efficient manner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions in an agile environment. 

Responsibilities

Lead the development of high-quality, compliant support and hotfix releases Oversee the triage and prioritization of issues, in collaboration with members of the DevOps, Helpdesk, Product and Customer Success teams Participate in code and software review processes After-hours duties, including deploying new versions of Integral to production and being on-call to support Dev-Ops in the deployment of new versions of Certara Admin to production. Build relationships to solve problems directly and limit management escalations Mentor new members of the team Contribute to process documentation and improvements and team process documentation Identify and anticipate risks related to their own work and communicate them pro-actively to product leadership Collaborate with the product team on requirements elicitation to deliver software Continual Improvement Plan Execution: Improving support/maintenance footprint of the application Engineering-initiated activities, non-customer facing. Collaborate with DevOps on improvements (e.g. APM) Dependency updates Authors and reviews unit/integration test Solid understanding of product domain Qualifications

5+ years of experience in similar roles Experience working in a highly collaborative agile software organization Experience with the following technologies is preferred: Java and/or C# JavaScript (Angular and/or React) Relational Databases (PostgreSQL and/or Oracle) Amazon Web Services Git version control
