Job Description

Electric power steering (EPS) is a key technology for highly automated driving. The Bosch EPS variants meet the requirements for small, mid-range, sports cars as well as light commercial vehicles. The EPS has an electric motor which controls the vehicle steering. With an electric motor the EPS controls and assists vehicle steering and provides an optimal and enjoying steering feel. Additionally, the new generation of control units provide security in case of an error. The electric interface enables highly automated driving with maximum security till SAE-Level 5.

Your tasks:

• Leading of a development project as a mechanical project leader
• Coordination of international SE team with the project members, customer, and suppliers
• Consulting of OEM on technical discussions within project scope
• Communicate status to the projects team and to the top management
• Collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders
• Making project time plans, project related presentations, budget planning and tracking, risk management
• Support technical discussions with suppliers worldwide
• Support strong collaboration with plants
• Support of design and process FMEAs
• Coordination and tracking of engineering changes
• Self-development and possibility for continuous improvement to different directions

Qualifications

• Bsc/Msc degree in engineering, mechatronics, mechanical or comparable
• Target- and result orientated, having a strategical thinking
• Problem solving and decision-making mindset
• Experience in time and resource management
• Good communication and presentation
• Basic skills in MS-Office
• English skills are needed (Hungarian skills are beneficial)
