Position: Data (Analytics) Engineering Lead

What You'll Do:

  • Design and build robust data models and data warehouse solutions for enterprise-scale analytics
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 data engineers and analytics professionals
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data models.
  • Prioritize and manage the team's workload to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Mentor team members to improve overall team efficiency

  • Strong command of SQL, data modeling.
  • Ability to understand business processes and data sets.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation tools (e.g., dbt) and data warehouse technologies.
  • Proven team leadership and management experience, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop others

  • Experience in data architecture and strategic data engineering initiatives.
  • Understanding of orchestration tools and DevOps principles for data.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
