We are hiring an Operational Procurement Manager on behalf of one of the world's leading companies in automotive electronics and supply chain innovation. This is a strategic opportunity to join a global organization and take ownership of supplier performance and procurement operations within a high-impact category.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead supplier delivery performance and resolve material gaps across short- and long-term horizons.
  • Negotiate volume commitments, consignment models, and frozen horizon agreements with key suppliers.
  • Manage supply chain risks during product ramp-ups, phase-outs, and new product launches.
  • Drive supplier evaluations and corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent supply chain topics in supplier QBRs and internal decision boards.
  • Lead task forces and process improvement initiatives during disruptions.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years in supply chain or procurement, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Lean Six Sigma / Agile methodology exposure
  • SAP MM, IBP knowledge is a plus.
