About The Role
The Supply FP&A Manager is the financial and strategic business partner for the given Supply area. They leads the creation of a consolidated picture for both financial and operational performance. (theyhelps the Finance team to develop and own the financial aspect of both short and long term plans and performance delivery.

Top Accountabilities

• Deliver monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports), also prepare and present decks for the related review meetings
• Play a key role in the preparation and submission of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
• Play a key role in ensuring completeness of quarterly provision
• Act as single point of finance contact for all inventory related questions
• Support finance processes where business judgement is needed; provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested

About You

• Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
• Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred
• 5-6 years experience in relevant area
• Strong accounting experience
• Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
• Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage
• Strong financial / commercial analysis background, proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments/cultures
• Have an excellent understanding of Salesforce, Qlik, PowerBI solutions with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
• Fluent English knowledge
