Nanushka is looking for a talented
CEO Office Analyst
to join our team in Budapest.

This is a full-time on-site role. The CEO Office Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic and administrative support to the CEO and executive team. Key responsibilities include conducting research, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and analyzing data to support decision-making, as well as
gathering and analyzing data to help make strategic decisions, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with performance evaluations and special projects, will provide analytical, planning, and strategic support to senior management
. The role will also involve managing special projects, ensuring seamless communication across departments, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the office.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong business acumen, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare decision-making materials, support business planning, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive brand growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create presentations, reports, and briefing documents for senior management meetings.
  • Translate complex data and analyses into clear, visually compelling formats.
  • Summarize findings in concise, actionable notes.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools.
  • Respond to urgent analysis requests from management with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual and quarterly business planning process.
  • Contribute to workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategic reviews.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
  • Support special projects and smaller operational tasks as required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a similar role (luxury/fashion industry experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft and GSuite; familiarity with Power BI tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the luxury fashion industry.
