We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Expenses & Master Data Specialist to support our regional operations in Europe, Mexico, and China. In this role, you will support our international locations by managing employee travel expense processes and maintaining master data records in SAP. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What you can look forward to as Travel Expenses & Master Data Specialist:

• Review and validate employee travel expense claims
• Communicate with employees to request corrections or clarifications
• Prepare payments for approved expense claims
• Post transactions in the SAP system
• Support monthly closing activities related to travel expenses (e.g., closing of subledgers & reconciliations).
• Create and update customer and vendor master data records
• Maintain accurate bank master data
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across global locations
• Support audits and reporting requirements as needed

Your profile as Travel Expenses & Master Data Specialist:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in TE/ MD, preferably in a multinational company or SSC environment.
• BA or BS degree in accounting, business administration, or economics, or bookkeeper certificate required
• Familiarity with regional accounting standards and tax regulations (Europe, Mexico, China).
• SAP, S4HANA experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working proficiency in English required
