Junior Marketing Manager

Medalyst is an all-in-one startup that helps sports clubs handle payments, communication, scheduling and reporting. It cuts admin chaos so clubs can focus on the real win: bringing people together and building community around sport. We are looking for a junior marketing manager to turn our plans into clean, measurable campaigns. Learning is guaranteed. Capes are optional.

Role summary

You ship campaigns across B2B clubs and the B2C coach app. You turn strategy into emails, ads, content and tidy dashboards. You sync with Sales and Product so work lands and sticks. If a task falls between teams you catch it before it hits the floor.

What you will do

  • Build email nurtures for prospects and leads. Own copy, templates, cadence and KPIs
  • Prep direct mail packs with QR to personal landing pages. Coordinate print, lists and tracking
  • Create sales one pagers, objection notes and deck updates. Keep everything current
  • Produce case studies with quotes and metrics like hours saved and dues collected
  • Handle ASO basics. Keywords, screenshots, reviews and localized copy
  • Coordinate micro influencers. Outreach, briefs, approvals and tracking
  • Draft, edit, post and report social content that does not sound like a robot wrote it
  • Maintain landing pages for coaches and club decision makers using our messaging framework
  • Own marketing reporting. UTMs, naming, dashboards and weekly reports that make sense

Skills and experience

  • Up to one year of hands-on marketing. SaaS or mobile app is a plus
  • Strong English and Hungarian. Scandinavian languages or Dutch are a plus
  • Solid spreadsheets. Simple reports are your jam
  • Organized. You ship on time and keep people in the loop

Tools you will use

  • App Store and Google Play Console for ASO
  • Email platform and CRM for nurtures and tracking
  • Google Docs and Slides for case studies and sales kits
  • Firebase, GA4 and Amplitude for measurement
  • Looker Studio for dashboards

Nice to have

  • Experience with influencer outreach and UGC workflows.
  • B2B direct mail or field marketing.
  • Club or sports background. Comfort with coach and sport decision maker personas.

Reporting

You report to the Marketing Lead. You work daily with Sales, Product and Support. If you like useful work and friendly people you will fit right in.
