Group Training Compliance Monitoring Manager 

Based in Budapest

Group Training Compliance Monitoring Manager reports to the Head of Group Training.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Group Training Compliance Monitoring Manager is responsible to the Head of Group Training for:

• Acting as ATO Compliance Monitoring Manager, accepted by the Competent Authority; 
• Ensuring the development, administration, review, and improvement of an effective compliance monitoring system for the Group Training department, including ATO; 
• Liaison with the Competent Authority on all ATO compliance matters; 
• Defining the ATO and Group Training Compliance Monitoring System, including CMP processes and procedures, selection, and training of CMP tools, maintaining the system of compliance records; 
• Ensuring that the activities of the Group Training including the ATO organization are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, and any additional requirements as established by the organization, and that these activities are carried out under the supervision of the Nominated Persons and Senior Managers; 
• Oversight and manage compliance monitoring activities on the Group Training including the ATO organization as determined by the CMP schedule and in accordance with the procedures laid down in Group Training OMM. 
• Ensuring the independence and impartiality of the Group Training including the ATO internal and external auditors; 
• Ensuring the preparation, delivery and record of Group Training including ATO Management System Training, monitoring standards and future training needs; 
• In conjunction with the Deputy Group Training Compliance Monitoring Manager, ensuring that the Group Training including ATO compliance monitoring program is executed according to the relevant procedures; 
• Liaising with the Senior Manager Flight Crew Training on all compliance matters;  
• Liaising with the Senior Manager Cabin Crew Training on all compliance matters;  
• Liaising with the Group Training Operations Senior Manager on all compliance matters; 
• Liaising with the Group Training Services Senior Manager on all compliance matters;  
• Liaising with the Group Training Safety Manager on all compliance matters;  
• Liaising with the Compliance Monitoring Manager of any contracted organization on all compliance matters; 
• Liaising with other organizations of Wizz Air Group during scheduling and planning of CM activities; 
• Representing Wizz Air ATO in relevant industry bodies; 
• Liaison with other external authorities and entities. 
• Participating in Meetings to align on team goals in accordance with the group training meeting matrix. 

AUTHORITIES 

• Direct access to the ATO Accountable Manager; 
• Access to all parts of the organization including any contracted organization; 
• Perform Compliance Monitoring Activities; 
• Revision of approved annual Compliance Monitoring Plan; 
• Disseminate information to relevant personnel as appropriate to ensure an organizational awareness of relevant compliance issues; 
• Communicate with the Competent Authority and contracted organizations. 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

• Native or similar standard of spoken and written English; 
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with focus on Team work; 
• Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable regulations and associated requirements; 
• Familiarity with management systems in the area of aviation; 
• Knowledge of presentation techniques; 
• Knowledge of feedback and coaching techniques; 
• Experience on computer programs relevant to the responsibilities (Word, Excel, PPT etc.); 
• Capable of motivating and developing others by providing support and guidance. 
• Knowledge of aviation compliance monitoring systems (CMS); 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Specialized training as per GT OMM; 
• Bachelor's degree; 
• 3 years aviation management experience; 
• Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices. 
• Be acceptable to the competent Authority as Nominated Person (ATO Compliance Monitoring Manager).
