Our partner is advancing the frontiers of healthcare through innovation, curiosity, and diversity, establishing themselves as one of the world's leading research-driven healthcare organizations. We are looking for a new team member:
Automation Business Partner.

Tasks:

  • Lead end-to-end automation implementations, from assessment to decommissioning
  • Develop key project documentation: business cases, process designs, requirements, status reports
  • Collaborate with BAs and developers during design, testing, deployment, and operations
  • Report use case status; align regionally with peers, SMEs, and global product owners

Portfolio & Objectives:

  • Support product owner in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources
  • Maintain solution portfolio; track usage and support decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as liaison between business lines and cross-functional teams
  • Promote innovation via workshops, brainstorming sessions, and awareness initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years in GBS or affiliate roles driving regional/global automation projects
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical specs
  • Proficient in stakeholder communication, change management, and problem-solving
  • Experience with Project Management and Agile methodologies preferred
  • Hands-on with low-code workflow tools; RPA, Google Apps Script, AppSheet, SAP Scripting, or VBA is a plus
  • Background in manufacturing processes; pharma industry experience is a plus
  • Agile mindset with ability to work independently in self-directed teams

Preferred:

  • Experience in manufacturing processes, as the role supports manufacturing workflows
  • Willingness to travel to Germany quarterly
  • Ability to guide and support colleagues through automation solutions and workflows
