We're looking for someone ready to manage a young HealthTech brand and guide it to success. You're a natural networker, strong in building partnerships, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen. You know how to set up and manage workflows, grow visibility, and keep a team moving toward results. You'll treat Medicalia247 as if it were your own startup—because in many ways, that's the spirit we need.

Yes, it's a challenge. But it's also an incredible opportunity: the brand, platform, and first product are already in place. What we need now is a manager with vision, energy, and commitment to take it to the next level.

What will you do after joining us?

As the new Managing Director of Medicalia247, your main tasks will include:

·       Leading daily operations and ensuring smooth delivery of services.

·       Building, coordinating, and motivating our team.

·       Driving partnerships with universities, healthcare providers, insurers, and NGOs.

·       Overseeing product development alongside our tech and design teams.

·       Creating and executing marketing and growth campaigns.

·       Expanding Medicalia247's visibility and positioning in the HealthTech space.

·       Monitoring trends in healthcare, AI, and digital innovation to keep us ahead.

·       Supporting fundraising, financial planning, and sustainable revenue growth.

How will you work when you join us?

We believe in flexible but structured collaboration.

3 days per week at our Budapest HQ

Home office:
1–2 days per week (arranged with business developers)

Volume:
30–40 hours per week

·       
Tools:
Internal Google domain, WhatsApp, LinkedIn for networking. We're open to other tools (Slack, Trello, Notion, etc.)—you'll help shape what works best.

Direct to CEO, close cooperation with the business development team

Plenty of room to propose and implement your own ideas
