Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for
candidates for Customer Service Representative
positions with hybrid working in Budapest. They are launching a new project and building up a brand-new team for which you might be the perfect candidate
If you speak Swedish OR Finnish OR Norwegian besides English then this is your chance

Responsibilities:

  • Be in contact with customers via chat and email
  • Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
  • Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
  • Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish OR Finnish OR Norwegian and intermediate, active English knowledge
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Customer-centered mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Willingness to attend the training period in person, in the office
  • The candidate should already be residing in Hungary or be a Hungarian national
