We're a fast-scaling DTC supplement brand doing $15M+ in annual revenue - now building the tech stack to scale to $30M.

As our in house IT manager, you'll own, secure, and optimize the systems that keep the engine running: Shopify, Checkout Champ, Recharge, Klaviyo, Zenventory, Gorgias, GA4, and all the glue between them.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full Shopify tech stack — keep it stable, fast, and integrated.
  • Manage logins, permissions, 2FA, and system audits monthly.
  • Fix and document bugs fast — no bureaucracy, just ownership.
  • Maintain tracking accuracy across GA4, Meta, and checkout.
  • Connect tools through API or no-code automation (Zapier, n8n).
  • Kill waste — review SaaS tools and eliminate redundancy quarterly.
  • Work directly with the COO and department leads (Marketing, Ops, Finance).

What You Bring

  • Proven experience running and integrating ecommerce stacks.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, GA4, and data flows.
  • Technical literacy (APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Google Tag Manager).
  • A builder's mindset - proactive, structured, and independent.
  • Fluent English, comfortable working remote in CET ±2 timezone.
