Operatív vezető
munkakörben keresünk új munkavállalót Partnerünk számára.

Munkavégzés helye: Szeged

Teljes munkaidős, hosszú távú lehetőség


Főbb feladatok:

  • A napi működés koordinálása: raktár, logisztika, értékesítés, ügyfélszolgálat
  • Készletgazdálkodás és beszerzési folyamatok optimalizálása
  • Minőségbiztosítási és élelmiszerbiztonsági szabályok betartása
  • Üzletfejlesztési projektek támogatása
  • Controlling feladatok ellátása, riportok készítése a vezetőség számára, KPI-ok követése
  • Kapcsolattartás beszállítókkal, partnerekkel
  • Promóciók, akciók, marketingkampányok koordinálása
  • Munkatársak irányítása, beosztások készítése, motiválás


Elvárások:

  • Felsőfokú gazdasági végzettség
  • Legalább 5 év vezetői tapasztalat kereskedelmi környezetben
  • Kiváló szervezőkészség, döntéshozatali képesség
  • Felhasználói szintű informatikai ismeretek (Excel, ERP rendszerek)
