Feladatok:

-      bejövő megkeresések kezelése e-mailen és telefonon;

-      megrendelések visszaigazolása;

-      számlák kiállítása;

-      ügyfelek, vendégek fogadása;

-      kapcsolattartás a postaszolgálattal;

-      futárok fogadása.

Elvárások:

-      precizitás és pontos munkavégzés;

-      kiváló kommunikációs készség szóban és írásban;

-      gyors és hatékony problémamegoldó készség;

-      alapvető számítógépes ismeretek;

-      alapszintű angol nyelvtudás;

-      minimum középfokú végzettség;

-      front office munkatárs vagy recepciós vagy személyes ügyfélszolgálatos munkakörben szerzett tapasztalat előny;

-      B kategóriás jogosítvány előny.
