Overview
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - Digital & eCommerce
We're looking for a motivated
Junior Account Manager
to join our our team, supporting some of the world's most iconic FMCG brands. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international setup — working closely with clients in North America and Europe, and collaborating daily with our sister agencies in New York.

In this role, you'll focus mainly on eCommerce activities for several brands, while also contributing to broader digital and CRM initiatives across other portfolios. You'll be gaining valuable hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign delivery, client communication, and digital asset coordination.

We're looking for someone who's ready to learn, grow, and take ownership — someone who's organized, proactive, and genuinely excited about digital marketing and eCommerce.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of eCommerce and digital assets for several brands — ensuring high quality and timely execution
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and content editors — managing briefs, reviews, and quality checks
• Work closely with the Group Account Director and senior team members on cost estimates, reports, and client submissions
• Manage your own projects independently after onboarding, taking full responsibility for timelines and deliverables
• Handle project administration: audit file preparation, job creation, POs, trackers, and financial updates
• Conduct eCommerce content audits and stay up to date with retailer requirements and best practices
• Join client meetings and presentations, occasionally leading them alongside senior team members

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of agency experience (digital experience is a plus, not a must)
• Strong English communication skills - both written and spoken
• Confidence working with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus)
• Interest in digital marketing and eCommerce
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• A true team player with great communication skills
• Capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proactive, reliable, and independent once onboarded
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
• Positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to grow long term
