Technical preparer

Kiss Building Engineering Ltd. is a dynamically developing, leading construction company in Tolna County. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our youthful, energetic team from any region of the country.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes related to high-volume construction industry, primarily building engineering projects, technical preparation
• Review of execution plans, received budgets
• Review, interpretation of technical contents, announcements, plan sheets
• Compilation of material statements based on execution plans
• Requesting, tendering of quotes, preparation of value analysis
• Communication with suppliers

Requirements

• Secondary level education
• 2-5 years of experience
• High-level Excel and O365 knowledge
• Independence, precision
• Tolerance for monotony
• Problem-solving team player attitude
• Management of deadlines
