HR Project Manager (HR Systems / SAP Support)

Our Client, a leading European organization, is looking for an
HR Project Manager
with a strong
IT and systems mindset
to join their HR transformation team. In this role, you'll act as the link between HR and IT – helping HR colleagues translate their process needs into system functionalities and improvements.

About the Role

You will coordinate and support HR-related system projects (mainly SAP-based), ensuring smooth cooperation between HR experts, IT teams, and external partners.

Your focus will be on understanding how HR processes run in the system, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping implement practical, technology-driven solutions that make HR work smarter and more efficiently.

You'll join a supportive, international team that values collaboration, clarity, and initiative.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience
    in HR systems, HRIS coordination, or IT project support related to HR tools
  • Strong
    understanding of system logic or data processes
    – experience with
    SAP SuccessFactors
    or similar HR systems is an advantage
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills – able to bridge business and IT perspectives
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast-changing environment
