What tasks await you?

Accurately register and process invoices in the system;

Ensure invoices are complete and comply with company policies;

Support the finance team in reconciling records and resolving discrepancies;

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation;

Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed;

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

Ongoing BSc or MSc studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business;

Fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken;

Availability to work at least 30 hours per week onsite in Debrecen;

Proficieny in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook;

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
