Role Overview

This is a field-based B2B Sales role responsible for developing and managing travel agency partnerships, driving outbound travel business growth, and strengthening product positioning within the Hungarian travel market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage B2B travel trade relationships across Budapest and surrounding regions.
  • Drive branding initiatives and product positioning.
  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Provide product support, demonstrations, and training to existing clients.
  • Handle follow-ups on quotes, inquiries, and ongoing sales cycles.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with current clients while onboarding new agencies.
  • Work closely with the operations team for all pre-sales requirements and client coordination.
  • Meet travel agents daily (field sales role).
Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Travel Industry experience.
  • Proven Business Development and Account Management experience.
  • Valid Hungary Driving License.
  • Willingness to travel for daily client meetings (5–6 agents per day).
Desired Profile
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in the Travel Industry.
  • Strong command of English and the local language.
  • Good understanding of the Hungarian travel trade market.
  • Experience selling outbound destinations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and internet tools.
  • Strong knowledge of destinations, travel agents, and hotel networks in the region.
  • Experience in outbound travel agencies preferred; IATA certification is an advantage.
