A PDKY Digital, a Positive Adamsky ügynökségi csoport digitális ügynöksége performance marketing divíziójába keresi biddable platformokon edződött, RTB-t reggeliző és programmaticot desszertként fogyasztó munkatársát, akinek a KPI a motivációs forrás, a benchmark pedig csak egy legyőzendő szám.

Te leszel az ideális választás, ha:

  • Az automatizált platformok nem tudnak kifogni rajtad (Adform, DV360, Taboola, Teads, de otthon vagy a Meta Ads, Google Ads használatában is)
  • Igazi multifunkci vagy, tudsz és szeretsz egyszerre több projecten dolgozni
  • Nem csak végrehajtod, de érted és el is tudod magyarázni, hogy mit és miért csinálsz
  • Igazi csapatjátékos vagy, szereted a közös ötleteléseket
  • Szereted a számokat és az adminisztráció sem az ellenséged

Mivel telnek nálunk a szorgos munkanapok?

  • Digitális marketing kampányok tervezése és lebonyolítása
  • Az automatizált (RTB, programmatic) platformok kezelése (elsősorban Adform, másodsorban DV360, Criteo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, stb.)
  • KPI-fókuszú optimalizálás és kampánykezelés
  • A junior munkatársak mentorálása, támogatása
  • Ügyfelek felé történő konzultáció, kampánytanácsadás, elemzések és riportok bemutatása
  • Riportok, elemzések, statisztikák készítése

Elvárásaink is akadnak azért:

  • 3-5 éves (lehetőleg ügynökségnél szerzett) programmatic trader, PPC manager, hirdetési specialista vagy kampánymenedzseri tapasztalat
  • A digitális marketing trendek naprakész ismerete
  • Önálló, felelősségteljes munkavégzés, egy kis maximalizmussal fűszerezve
  • Előnyt jelent, ha vizsgákkal is rendelkezel (Google, Meta Blueprint, stb.)
