In case you decide to dive in, you will be part of our international strategy team. Its challenge? Turn our 2 new insurance companies (
Slovenia and Croatia
) into strong market players. To do so we need you to:

  • coordinate various international projects of Groupama Biztosító in close cooperation with the Croatian and Slovenian subsidiaries,
  • monitor local market trends, conduct research and analyses,
  • support our local colleagues for product launch, pricing, portfolio and sales analysis,
  • assess the company results, prepare the necessary analyzes for strategic decision.

If you are the person who:

  • approaches the insurance sector with comprehensive knowledge and deep interest,
  • has a proven experience at an insurance company (product, pricing, actuary, controlling, etc…),
  • has already worked on an international project,
  • quickly understands and adapts to local characteristics,
  • is mobile and motivated by the fact that your job involves traveling (Croatia and Slovenia),
  • communicates fluently in English (oral and written),
  • has outstanding interpersonal skills and also has strong analytical and research skills,
  • effectively plans and organizes,
  • has a driver's license and driving experience,
  • it can be an advantage if you have Croatian or Slovenian language skills.
