About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the logistics planning, layout and design in Hungary and the European region.
  
• Lead the layout of the European logistics network (warehousing, transportation routes, customs clearance hubs, etc.), and design low-cost and high-resilience supply chain solutions in combination with the tariff policies of target markets to support the overseas factory construction of the main engine plant, KD parts export, and local vehicle transportation needs.
  
• Intelligent logistics and digital platform construction.
  
• Build a logistics cost model, decompose costs, and continuously optimize and reduce costs.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• More than 3 years of working experience in logistics related to the European region.
  
• Familiar with logistics, customs and port policies in the European region.
  
• Familiar with the entire logistics process in the European region.
  
• Hungarian and English will be used as working languages for daily communication
  
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics or related fields.
