Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for

  • College or University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, and/or Law.
  • Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in Direct Tax consulting.
  • Advanced tax technical skills in corporate income tax, local business tax, and international taxation.
  • A tax advisor qualification, ACCA, MBA, or other relevant qualifications are considered advantages.
  • Strong ability to develop client relationships.
  • Team player with excellent people management skills, a good communicator and presenter within and outside the firm, able to support and confidently stand behind recommendations with professional discipline and accuracy.
  • Business and service-oriented approach.
  • Logical analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently and precisely in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to work independently, delegate tasks, and review delegated work.
  • Proficiency in interacting with clients and managing client relationships.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to sell services and be a proactive business developer.

Your future role

  • As a manager, you will manage and advise clients regarding corporate income tax matters, both national and international, by working closely with them and building excellent relationships.
  • You will mainly advise large multinationals, requiring teamwork at both local and international levels.
  • You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of client assignments, participating in client meetings, and fostering your relationships with these clients.
  • You will work on client teams, reporting to Directors, and/or Partners.
  • You will be integrated within a young and dynamic department, building a network of relationships with colleagues in your office and across the Deloitte network.
