Ezeket a főbb feladatokat bízzuk rád:

  • F&B területek zavartalan működésének biztosítása
  • A munkatársak folyamatos tájékoztatása a részleg és a szálloda aktuális eseményeiről
  • Készletek felügyelete és utánrendelése (üvegáruk, evőeszközök, textíliák, italok, dekorációk stb.)
  • Aktív részvétel a kiszolgálásban
  • Üzleti előrejelzések figyelemmel kísérése, megfelelő személyzeti létszám biztosítása
  • A helyiségek tisztaságának és rendjének fenntartása a higiéniai előírásoknak megfelelően
  • Számlák kezelése
  • Bevételnövelő kezdeményezések és promóciók támogatása
  • A fogyasztások pontos rögzítésének ellenőrzése a Micros rendszerben
  • Eltérések elemzése a valós és rendszerben szereplő fogyasztások között
  • A személyzet oktatása, fejlesztése és a képzési dokumentáció naprakészen tartása
  • A megjelenési és viselkedési standardok betartása és betartatása
  • Higiéniai, HACCP és biztonsági szabályok szigorú betartatása
  • Vendégpanaszok és észrevételek kezelése, továbbítása a vezetőség felé
  • Márkaszabványok követése és megvalósítása
  • Tűzvédelmi, vészhelyzeti és evakuálási eljárások ismerete
  • Talált tárgyak szabályos kezelése

  • Vendégorientált személyiség, társalgási szintű angol nyelvtudás
