For our Budapest team, we are currently looking for an RTR Accounting Manager. You will be part of a team of 4 managers, and you and your direct reports will look after Germany and Switzerland.

Job Requirements:

• Lead the Finance Transformation projects for specific regions
• Oversees and manages all day-to-day accounting operations and proper application of accounting systems, within a team assigned
• Ensures coherence with accounting standards and internal guidelines
• Reviews regular -monthly, quarterly, and yearly - closings and reports, for all stakeholders
• Perform people management activities
• Lead trainings in Budapest COE
• Improve the finance / accounting processes
• Manage audit queries
• Comply with SOX and control requirements

Required skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience or supervisory/coordinator equivalent
• Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people 
• Effective interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired 
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• English language knowledge is a must
• German language knowledge is a plus
