The ideal candidate:

  • Brings 4+ years of actuarial experience and a strong foundation in at least one specialized area (life/non-life reserving, pricing, cash flow modeling, etc.).
  • Is fluent in English and confident with MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Has excellent analytical skills and approaches challenges with flexibility and creativity.
  • Works well in a team but can also take ownership and deliver independently.

Your future role

You'll contribute to impactful projects, from audits and reserve assessments to regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS 17) and insurance company valuations, serving both domestic and international clients:

  • Work with multiple insurers across different countries, exploring their products, operations, and markets.
  • Master leading actuarial tools like Prophet, Addactis IBNRS, SQL, R, Python, VBA, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate in an international environment, using English daily.
  • Engage directly with clients, attending, coordinating, and leading meetings.
  • Mentor and support junior team members through feedback, workshops, and training.
