Short description

We are currently seeking an Order Management Specialist for our partner company located in Budapest. This position requires strong English and Dutch language skills, as you'll be handling communications with international B2B clients across multiple markets. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day customer operations, coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, resolving service-related issues, and acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured workflow, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and values client satisfaction.

Tasks

  • Manage the full order cycle, from input through delivery, using company systems
  • Maintain continuous communication with key clients regarding orders, delivery status, and any service-related questions
  • Work closely with internal departments such as supply chain, production, and planning to ensure timely execution of customer requests
  • Support the setup of new customers, including basic data entry and system setup
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying potential supply disruptions
  • Collect and provide feedback through regular performance reports
  • Act as a first point of contact for client concerns, finding practical solutions and ensuring follow-up
  • Help prepare materials and updates for customer meetings or business reviews

Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing operational role
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Comfortable using enterprise systems (ERP) and Excel (pivot) for daily operations
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities while staying organized
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
