Internal Control System Analyst (My Services).

Digital Solutions brings together a range of processes including global transformation delivery, project and programme portfolio management, change management, template and business process management, automation centre of excellence, global data management and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to business reporting teams, accounting centres, finance and other functions
  • Maintain and support finance data framework systems t
  • Contribute to period-end closing activities, including special period coordination and consolidation processes
  • Oversee transactional data flows from source systems into the Finance Business Warehouse (FBW) and onward to BCS solutions for Group and Statutory consolidation
  • Assist with general system maintenance tasks
  • Ensure users raise tickets for service requests, defects and enhancements; monitor critical issues and follow up after resolution
  • Train and guide users on finance processes through ad-hoc support and formal training sessions

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong command of English
  • Background in finance or accounting
  • Solid SAP experience
  • Good understanding of financial control processes and the end-to-end accounting cycle
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Blackline is an advantage
