SAP TM RISE Solution Functional Analyst
Industry: Smart Building & Digital Automation Solutions
Working model: Hybrid/Remote – Europe (fully remote teamwork with occasional on-site collaboration within Europe - willingness to travel required)

What will you be responsible for?

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand transportation management needs

  • Analyzing current transportation processes and identifying improvement opportunities using SAP TM

  • Designing and configuring SAP TM solutions aligned with RISE best practices

  • Participating in system testing, validation and troubleshooting activities to maintain solution integrity

  • Providing end-user support, documentation, and training to increase adoption and efficiency

  • Monitoring SAP TM application performance and resolving operational issues in a timely manner

  • Staying updated on SAP TM and RISE innovations and proposing enhancements where valuable

  • Supporting project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of SAP TM initiatives

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or adequate amount of work experience

  • Experience in full cycle implementations (must have)

  • Strong knowledge of SAP TM functionalities and integration (SAP SD, MM, eWM, BN4L)

  • Proficiency with SAP RISE framework and experience with SAP S/4HANA

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a SAP TM Functional Analyst

  • Experience working with cross-functional global project teams

  • Strong analytical mindset, independent task ownership, high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Hands-on experience in user support, documentation and training

  • SAP TM certification is considered a strong advantage
