We're looking for a Polish-speaking Service Desk Analyst to deliver exceptional IT service and technical support to users. If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and customer care — this role is your gateway to growth

Compensation: Base salary + benefits

Your Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal
Log, track, and document incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool
Ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined SLAs
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Document solutions and contribute to continuous service improvement
Participate in process optimization initiatives
Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting KPI targets

Your Profile

Fluent/native in Polish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
1–3 years' experience in IT Service Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support (L1–L2)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
Good understanding of IT concepts — SDLC, operating systems, databases
Experience with SAP or other enterprise applications
ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Customer-focused, proactive, and organized under pressure
