We're looking for a Junior Software Engineer who's passionate about technology, excited to learn, and eager to contribute to meaningful fintech innovation.

The job:

As a Junior Software Engineer, you'll work closely with our experienced team to design, build, and optimize products that power real-time transactions between agents and AI systems. You'll get hands-on experience across the stack and exposure to AI-driven payment models, data processing, and scalable backend systems.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who's curious, adaptable, and ready to grow within a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain web and backend applications using TypeScript, Golang, or Python.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to ship new features.
  • Contribute to APIs and data pipelines that connect users, agents, and AI systems.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  • Learn and apply AI concepts to improve product performance and user experience.

Your background:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in software engineering (internships count).
  • Exposure to AI / ML concepts — through coursework, projects, or industry experience.
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following:
  • Frontend: TypeScript / React /
  • Backend: Golang or Python
  • Understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
  • Curious mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Collaborative approach with good communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data pipelines, microservices, or containerization (Docker).
  • Familiarity with payment systems, fintech, or high-security environments.
  • Interest in large language models or AI-driven automation.
