We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Operating Expense Controller to lead the financial planning, analysis, and control of operating expenses across the EME (Europe & Middle East) and APA (Asia Pacific) regions. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with US GAAP, and strategic support to the Parts organization.

Your Impact:

• -Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and deliver timely budgets and forecasts for EME & APA Parts Operating Expenses. Liaise with EAME Parts Sales to analyze margin trends and expectations. Ensure all budgets and forecasts are aligned with corporate timetables and include full impact analysis. - Business Partnering & Support: Act as a key finance partner to Parts stakeholders, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives. Provide financial guidance and assistance on issues related to operating expenses as needed.

• Team Leadership: Provide supervision and guidance to one Senior Financial Accountant.

• Expense Accounting Oversight: Supervise operating expense accounting for Parts legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Review team-prepared accounting entries and reconciliations.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operating expense results across actuals, budgets, and forecasts. Maintain up-to-date EAME Parts headcount reporting, tracking movements and calculating financial impacts monthly.

• Capital Expenditure Control: Review all Parts capital expense requests to ensure alignment with accounting policies and business objectives. Prepare capital budgets and forecasts, ensuring reports are accurate and current.

Your Experience and Qualification:

• Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with approximately 2 years post-qualification experience Strong commercial acumen and interest in business operations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with JD Edwards and SAP is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis processes in a multinational environment.

You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in Hybrid Mode from AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
