About the employer:

Our client is a well-established global business services organisation, supporting international teams through centralised operational and technical functions. As part of ongoing growth, they are expanding their Hungarian Center of Excellence, which provides regional and nearshore support to colleagues across Europe.

They are now looking for a German-speaking Tech Support Specialist to join their technical support team in Budapest, Hungary.

Your daily tasks:

  • provide first-line support via phone and email (password resets, MS Office issues, printer & network problems),
  • analyse and troubleshoot technical incidents,
  • monitor, prioritise and categorise support tickets,
  • communicate solutions and workarounds clearly in German,
  • prepare and verify user activity reports,
  • collaborate closely with 2nd-line support teams.

Requirements:

  • German C1 + English B1 minimum,
  • customer service or IT support experience is an advantage,
  • strong communication and analytical skills,
  • eligibility to work in Hungary,
  • willingness to work hybrid in Budapest + shift schedule (between 7AM-7PM; Mon-Fri).
