About the Role

Folyamatminőség-mérnökként kulcsszerepet játszik az ügyfél-elégedettség biztosításában azáltal, hogy elemzi a 0 km-es reklamációkat és hatékony megoldásokat kezdeményez. Felelős lesz a közvetlen kommunikációért az ügyfelekkel a minőségi problémák kezelése érdekében (lehetőleg 8D formátumban), valamint az időszerű visszajelzések biztosításáért. Szorosan együttműködik a gyártási és mérnöki csapatokkal a probléma gyökérokainak feltárása és a folyamatfejlesztések megvalósítása érdekében a gyártósoron. Ez a pozíció proaktív szemléletet, erős analitikai készségeket és elkötelezettséget igényel a folyamatos fejlesztés iránt egy dinamikus gyártási környezetben.

What You Will Do

• Termelés támogatása minőségügyi szempontokból
• Az új termékek és projektek támogatása;
• Belső folyamatauditok végrehajtása;
• Részvétel a vevői látogatásokon és auditokon;
• Az új projektek és feladatok nyomonkövetése;
• Vevői reklamációk és az azokhoz hozzátartozó azonnali és javító akciók kezelése;
• Vevői kapcsolattartás és kommunikáció;
• Vevői reklamációk (0 km) kezelése és figyelemmel kísérése;
• Minőségügyi mutatók riportolása (heti, havi);
• A problémamegoldó módszerek kezelése és támogatása a gyárban;

What You Need to Be Successful

• Gépész / villamosmérnöki végzettség vagy hasonló technikusi végzettség
• Folyékony angol nyelvtudás

Bonus Points if You Have

• Elektronikai / autóipari gyártásban szerzett tapasztalat
• Autóipari minőségbiztosításban szerzett tapasztalat
• IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 ismerete
• Minőségügyi problémamegoldó módszerek ismerete
• Jó kommunikációs képesség
