As an HR Rewards Solutions Intern in our Budapest office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support mostly in benchmarking, offer management, salary reviews, reporting and tracking numbers. You will be part of the GBS HR Rewards Solutions Team, and will report to the GBS HR Compensation Solutions Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support compensation activities with Compensation Specialists and Compensation Solutions Manager
  • Contribute the promotion administration during ASR cycle
  • Assist to global offer management activities
  • Take part of Mercer/KF survey submission
  • Support general reporting queries
  • Manage the simple ASKME ticket cases

You:

  • Have ongoing college or University studies (preferably in related field)
  • Can speak English fluently
  • Can work 30 hours / week
  • Have computer skills and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Have strong numerical and logical skills
  • Are interested in analythical tasks, working with numbers
