As part of our Global Operations & Digital Solutions team, you will help ensure our P&C products meet real business needs and enable data-driven decisions. Together, we connect expertise, drive transformation, and create the conditions for people and performance to thrive.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure data quality in HR systems
• Collaborate with IT and local People Product Owners to optimize system integrations
• Support digital transformation projects within the area of Employee Lifecycle-Services & Workforce Data Management
• Process reporting and analytics requests
• Assist in documentation, compliance audits, and system-related reporting and analytics requests
• Provide operational support and training for Applications and Processes

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Tech, Operations or data management, preferably in a global or matrix environment
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone)
• Experience with SAP EC is benefitial
• Attention to detail and process discipline
• Basic understanding of data privacy principles
• Excellent communication skills in English, Intercultural competence and experience working with international teams
• Service-oriented mindset
