• Expert Performance Monitoring: Work on expert performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and proactive performance optimization for our S/4HANA Cloud Public customers, with a strong focus on HANA and SQL analysis.
• Proactive System Investigation: Proactively investigate potential system bottleneck situations to ensure optimal performance.
• Technology Adoption: As we transform S/4HANA Cloud, public edition into a true SaaS solution, you'll adopt new technologies and leverage cloud technology standards.
• Framework Development: Extend our monitoring, reporting, and alerting framework by developing in (SQL) script languages.
• Performance Standardization: Engage with various units within ERP Cloud Delivery and SAP to set performance standards and work on existing ones

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Information Technology.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Very good experience with HANA database analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SAP's ABAP Platform and S/4HANA.
  • Excellent SAP workload and end-to-end performance analysis skills.
• Analytical Skills: Complex thinking, strong analytical skills, and creativity in solving challenging problems.
• Work Style: Conceptual and structured work style with a strong sense for prioritization; result and execution-oriented.
• Communication Skills: Customer focus and strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills.
• Motivation: High level of motivation, flexibility, and agility.
• International Experience: Motivated to work in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in service, engineering, or technical operations roles
