Senior Quality Technician

We're Hiring: Quality Technician

Quality Technician
and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do
As a Quality Technician, you'll be the go-to expert on the production line for all things quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting production by handling line rejects and sorting OK/NOK parts
• Initiating quality claims for internal suppliers
• Assisting engineers with data collection and problem-solving
• Conducting incoming inspections and scrapping supervision
• Participating in audits, product approvals, and new product introductions
• Executing tasks aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Delivering internal quality trainings and monthly reporting
• Managing complaints and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Education: Secondary education (technical background is a plus)
• Languages: Communicative English (German is an advantage)
• Skills: MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Mindset: Independent, creative, and a strong team player
• Other: Training in Germany-willingness to spend several weeks abroad
