As an Automotive Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the UK with remote diagnostics and coding services, ensuring a high level of service and technical excellence.

Description:

  • Deliver remote diagnostics, coding, and technical support to UK-based customers.
  • Support the development and promotion of remote diagnostic services.
  • Advise on the update and maintenance of diagnostic testing equipment.
  • Contribute to sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Provide process improvement feedback to enhance customer service.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize services and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in the automotive field, preferably with hands-on technician experience.
  • Familiarity with advanced automotive troubleshooting and OE diagnostic tools.
  • Positive, systematic, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and effective communicator.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable with using computers and diagnostic software.
