Are you experienced in information security, risk management, and compliance? Join our excellent team of six, where good team spirit thrives, and gain the opportunity to understand how information security processes operate at the corporate level

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Active participation in and coordination of policy reviews and updates by following defined intervals.
  • Following the
    ISO 27001
    and
    NIS2
    yearly plan, managing and executing related activities.
  • Active participation in the information security risk management process.
  • Strong collaboration with all organizational units, fostering risk mitigation.
  • Managing internal audits, preparing and driving certification audits/reviews.
  • Managing awareness activities, providing security on-boarding for new hires.
  • Supporting daily business processes upon demand, providing guidance in line with policies and procedures.

You are looking for us, if you:

  • Have proven track record of managing
    ISO 27001 based ISMS
    .
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of security concepts and procedures (threat, vulnerability, risk, etc.).
  • Possess information security certificate such as
    ISO 27001 lead auditor
    ,
    CISM, CISA
    , etc.
  • Can fluently communicate in
    English
    (both spoken and written). German is advantageous
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are capable of explaining complex matters in a simple, understandable way, even to non-professionals.
  • Are able to manage conflicting interests to ensure compliance.
  • Have a solution-focused attitude and the ability to understand complex issues and procedures.
  • Can mostly work independently with minimal supervision and support by following the ISMS plan.
  • Have good understanding on
    NIS2
    regulation.
  • Are willing to continuously broaden your knowledge and keep up with the newest trends in your industry.
  • Are able to communicate clearly about your professional area and have excellent presentation skills.
  • Are proactive in sharing your knowledge within the organization and coordinating security-related awareness campaigns.
  • Hold a college or university degree.
  • Have 2 to 5 years of experience in information security.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
