Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Senior Account Manager , you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Hungary . Together, we build and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, both locally and globally, driving business growth and supporting the expansion of Nexi's innovative payment solutions across Europe.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Manage a defined customer portfolio at both local and global levels, focusing on revenue growth and service excellence.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within your target market.
- Oversee the negotiation and preparation of commercial offers, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate project delivery and client support activities, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor client sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and manage claims effectively.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within financial services, IT, or payment solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Hungarian .
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working in an international or matrix organization.
- Familiarity with digital payments, fintech, or B2B service industries .
- Knowledge of contract management processes and RFP handling.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
